LAST YEAR TONIGHT WITH DANIELLE!

John Oliver has become an inspiration to me for the development of my real estate career.  For those of you who haven't watched his show, its a satirical look at the week in news, politics and current events.  His fourth season premieres this Sunday, February 12th on HBO.  

Some of the similarities between my real estate career and his show:

• The importance of combining humor and fearlessness when approaching potential sellers

• Using out of the box marketing strategies that show my natural instinct and intellectual curiosity

• Covering items that many real estate agents don't tend to cover like building financials & potential red flags

• Being well-researched and original when making offers with buyers
