The mid-block buildings are connected by a garden and a glass-enclosed breezeway with curved inner wall and both buildings are 21 stories tall.
Extell Development and Angelo, Gordon & Co., are erecting the complex and Beyer Blinder Belle is the architect. Workshop/APD did the interior design.
Extell erected One57 and numerous residential towers on Riverside South and is also building the supertall at 211 West 57th Street and redevelopment Carlton House on Madison Avenue.
